As specialist Wedding Fair orgainsers Dream Wedding Fairs are commited to making the organisation of your big day that little bit easier.  Our shows are designed to offer you comfort to shop for all your needs for your special day as well as giving you an entertaining day with fashion shows and a wide variety of exhibitors. A wide coverage of each event will be documented on this website including extensive exhibitor information. The majority of our Wedding Fairs are in Berkshire but some of our larger Bridal Exhibitions are now in Chelsea and Kensington. Most of Berkshire's Wedding Fares are free to enter.

Where do you start from?

After deciding on a date and venue, first check the availability of your preferred venue. Do not book any other services before you have confirmation from the venue. Your next task is to meet the registrars. If both agreed on the date you selected you can start shopping for:

  • Wedding dress, veil & accessories.
  • Bridesmaids outfits.
  • Groom's and ushers' suits.
  • A professional wedding photographer.
  • Florist.
  • Entertainment.
  • Caterer.
  • Stationery.

We advise that you complete the above 6 to12 months prior to your wedding. Now you can discuss who to invite to your wedding, your honeymoon plans and shop a round for your wedding rings.

About 2 or 3 months before your wedding, you should have an idea of how many people are coming to your wedding. Make your final arrangements with your wedding coordinator at the venue. Plan the music for the ceremony, the reception and finalise all your timetables.

Don't forget to buy gifts for the bridal party including your fiancé's or fiancée's. These gifts are normally given during the speeches at wedding breakfast.
